Recurring with 60 day cancellation notice requirement.

Accounting Excellence:

Client Responsibilities
Communication:

Provide accurate and timely financial information to She Profits Now.

Notify She Profits Now of any significant changes in business operations.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with She Profits Now in implementing recommended strategies.

Engage actively in coaching sessions and apply financial insights to business decisions.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with any requests for additional information or documentation.

Abide by sales tax regulations and promptly address any compliance concerns.
Inventory Management:

Maintain open communication regarding inventory levels and challenges.

Implement suggested inventory planning strategies for optimal results.
Participation in Coaching Program:

Attend scheduled coaching sessions and actively participate in discussions.

Clients acknowledge that financial information is subject to change and should be independently verified by reviewing the financial statement summary and details provided each month.
Individual Tax and Legal Advice
She Profits Now provides personalized tax advice tailored to your specific circumstances. In the event that financial facts change, She Profits Now shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any actions taken based on expired information provided or specific action not taken by the client upon recommendation.
Sales Tax Compliance
She Profits Now assists clients in sales tax preparation and compliance; however, clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to relevant sales tax regulations in their jurisdiction within their operation. She Profits Now shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the client's failure to comply with sales tax laws.
Strategic Decisions
The Financially Fabulous Coaching Program may include discussions on financial strategies. Clients must realize that strategic advice is based on carefully calculated perceived outcome, yet results are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Services
She Profits Now may recommend third-party services for supplementary purposes. Clients acknowledge that these recommendations are made in good faith, and She Profits Now does not endorse or guarantee the services of third parties. Clients are responsible for independently assessing the suitability of third-party services.
Limits of Liability
She Profits Now and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to profits, data, or business opportunities.
No Guarantee of Financial Success
She Profits Now provides tools, advice, and coaching to empower clients in their financial journey. However, we do not guarantee financial success or specific business outcomes. Success is dependent on various factors, including market conditions, individual efforts, and external influences beyond our control.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold She Profits Now and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from the client's use of our services or any violation of these terms.
Modification of Services
She Profits Now reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We shall not be liable for any such modifications.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Termination

This decision is made with the best interests of both parties in mind, allowing us to uphold the highest standards of service and maintain a commitment to excellence. Client Exit Agreement
Upon termination of services, She Profits Now and client, agree to the following:
