Both She Profits Now and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, and trade secrets.

She Profits Now will provide services as outlined in the agreement, detailing the scope, limitations, and any additional services that may incur separate fees. Any modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their data. She Profits Now retains ownership of intellectual property created during the engagement. Clients are granted a license to use any materials or content provided during the term of the agreement.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under specified conditions, including breach of contract, non-payment, or other agreed-upon reasons. Termination does not relieve the client of their financial obligations up to the date of termination.

She Profits Now will communicate with the client through agreed-upon channels and response times. Regular support will be provided during business hours, and urgent matters will be addressed promptly.

She Profits Now's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client. The client agrees to indemnify She Profits Now against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the services.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control (force majeure), obligations may be temporarily suspended. Both parties agree to work together to mitigate the impact and resume services promptly.

Amendments to the agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties. No changes are effective unless documented and signed by authorized representatives.

Disputes will be resolved through [Arbitration/Mediation/Litigation] in Florida. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, cooperating in the implementation of services, and adhering to program guidelines.

She Profits Now employs industry-standard measures to secure client data. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and notifying She Profits Now immediately of any unauthorized access.

Clients agree not to hire or engage with She Profits Now employees or contractors during the term of the agreement and for a period of 12 months after termination.

The agreement is binding on successors and assigns. Any change in ownership or organizational structure does not alter the terms of this agreement.
